Immersion
DryLyte is a patented technology for grinding and polishing metals by ion transport using free solid bodies. It works by combining the electrical flow created by high-precision rectifier. This results in an ion exchange, removing material from the peaks of roughness.
Projection
Our new Electro-Blasting technology, released in 2021, is a new solution that provides a stream of solid-electrolyte particles propelled by a non-conductive liquid media to improve the surface quality. The media is projected towards a localized area of the piece.

Test Lab and Processes Dept
The Laboratory and Processes Departments specializes in the development of finishing processes for each workpiece and its application. Based on a sample of your piece and your technical request, we design the appropriate process that meets your finishing requirements. We have a team of experts in chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineering who make sure to consider all key quality, size, and chemical formula parameters of the media, material, weight, design, and production process of the piece, as well as the motion design, capacity, and electrical and mechanical engineering of the machine.
The process development department professionally records all relevant parameters to ensure efficient reproducibility of the process. As a result, we deliver a Surface Finishing Technical Report with essential process and results data, including surface measurements and a proposal for necessary equipment and media.
